As I’m sure you’re aware, ‘Mindfulness’ has become a common concept these days and many people are benefiting greatly from this practice, however I have felt that we can go further…
We are more than just our minds. We are spiritual beings experiencing a human adventure!
And so I came up with the idea of ‘Beingfulness‘: that is, fully reconnecting with all aspects of who we are and exploring how we can bring these into better balance in order to experience greater holistic wellbeing.
