As coronavirus lockdown restrictions begin to ease I’m looking forward to
welcoming people back to in-person 1:1 sessions and workshops here at Equenergy!
Nature plays a huge role in wellbeing and the space here is so restful and healing.
So, from 12 April, if you’d like to experience the wonder of this magical place for yourself,
I’ll be very happy to welcome you here on site.
Equally, if you prefer to work with me online, that option will still be available.
Also, if you work in the NHS / Care / Police / Fire Service, I’m part of the
Frontline Assistance for Stress & Trauma (FAST) project
offering free one-to-one support sessions.

Doors are now open on my new WILD Clan Membership!
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, and that you’ve
lost your sense of direction and purpose, then this is for you.
It’s about supporting you in connecting more deeply with your unique inner wisdom
and helping you to feel a greater sense of ease and flow in your life.
The aim of the WILD Clan is make it easier for you to navigate your journey and to guide you in developing
tools and techniques that will help to increase your capacity and lessen any sense of overwhelm.
It’s about helping you to develop the most uplifting self-care practices,
so that you can use your time and energy most effectively.
I’m very aware that everyone is juggling lots of demands right now, so I’m conscious of not adding to this,
but rather offering ways to support and nurture ourselves.
The WILD Clan offers a 2-tiered structure:
- a ‘planting the seeds‘ level – with a Facebook group, where I’ll be sharing journal prompts, self-care musings, meditations and Lives – called the Wild Ones
- and a ‘further growth‘ level – that includes the above, and also offers the connection, community and nurturing of a monthly Zoom call – called the Wild Adventurers. This mentoring call is the perfect opportunity to discuss any questions or challenges that you’re currently experiencing, helping you to get greater clarity, and recharging you.
My normal workshop programme has been on hold
due to covid-19 and restrictions on face-to-face meetings,
however it looks like I’ll be able to offer outdoor sessions from 12 April,
so if you would like to book a workshop either in-person or online,
please get in touch.
If you’d like to attend my Feel Your Way from Stress into Flow workshop,
these are available online, on the first Sunday of every month from 10:00-13:00,
via the Mind Body Soul Summits Get In The Habit Studio.
